3 Dining Areas & An Extensive Bar And Food To Die For!

The Bar

The Bar with its U-shaped servery is extensive, and yet it provides cosy alcoves and corners with comfortable furniture giving it a sense of warmth and privacy. We have available a wide range of Canister and Cask conditioned Ales, English and Foreign Bottled Beers along with a selection of Wines, Spirits and Soft Drinks to appeal to all palates.

Dining Areas

The Old Mill is fortunate in having 3 stylish Dining Areas:-

The Main Dining Room.
The Mezzanine Balcony.
The Conservatory.

Subject to table availability, diners can choose their own preferred area.

The Conservatory is slightly detached from the other 2 areas and lends itself to use for Private Parties and Training Events though it is popular with individuals and small groups of diners who enjoy its open ambiance.

It has comfortable space for about 40 diners for Private Celebrations for which we have an enviable reputation.

We do not operate a booking system but we provide an extensive a la Carte Menu all day and every day from 12 noon. Our Menus change regularly and we offer a daily selection of ‘Blackboard Specials’, as well an attractive “Lighter Choice” range which is served during the day.

All of our dishes are freshly cooked either by or under the supervision of Head Chef David who has instilled into his Staff the importance of seeing each dish as a challenge to satisfy the wide and varying range of client tastes. Special Dietary requirements are catered for with pleasure.

We source for ingredients locally by choice and where possible.
